Greta de la Montagne: Supporting the Grieving Process Livestream May 13

Join special Guest herbalist Greta de la Montagne as she talks about her own journey as a community herbalist and how to support the grieving process with herbs.  Learn primary herbs and formulas used in grieving, plus recipes and other techniques for assisting a loved one through a grieving process or navigating it yourself. If there’s time, we’ll further explore how we feel the pain of loss, how to face grief straight on, and hopefully walk away with an understanding of the importance of putting our face into that wind, opening to our inner warrior healer spirit, rising up and releasing our voices. Gain resources for natural burial options, holistic and inclusive memorial services, meditations and breathing exercises.
