4/7 The Truth About Blood Sugar

Let’s stop digging our graves with our teeth: excess insulin underpins the pathophysiology of all chronic diseases. Most people don’t even realize that they are living on a blood sugar rollercoaster because they’ve never known any different. In this class, we will take a deep dive into exploring the value of a low-carb, high-fat way of eating to help regulate insulin levels and blood sugar, and lower inflammation. As the daughter of a man who devoted his career to the sugar industry, I know what healing from this looks like, and I can’t wait to teach you all that I’ve learned.
