Tuition covers camp fees and all plant walks, but does not cover transportation or food. Participants are responsible for their own food and meal planning, and for transportion to the various sites. Car-sharing with other participants can be available for the day trips.  Each campsite has a firepit, firewood available, and toilets and is situated among old growth trees and rish with native Northwest Plants.  Shower facilities, a pool, and hot tubs are available nearby the camping facilities. Participants should be prepared to camp and hike in weather that may be hot during the day, wet anytime, and cold at night. Rentals for camping gear are available in the Portland Area at Next Adventure and REI if you do not want to bring everything with you.  Flying into the Portland airport is cheaper than Eugene, but will be a further drive.  Drive time from Portland to Eugene is 1.5 hours.
