Intermediate studies: Join the Wildflower School for a wonderful time this spring exploring the Medicinal Plants of Texas. This series of classes, held mostly outdoors is open for those with basic herbal knowledge that want to go deeper into studying medicinal plants in the wild and in gardens

We will cover:
Plant identification and botanical nomenclature
Plant patterns and families of Central Texas
Bioregional Texas medicinal plants
Gardening and creating your own apothecary gardens in Texas
Hikes into wild areas of Central Texas
Fresh plant Medicine Making, and much more
Your teachers include Nicole Telkes, Director of the Wildflower School and Author of the Medicinal Plants of Texas, and Jenny Perez, Education Director and Permaculture Expert.
