    Its a nettles year in my part of the world. As a wildcrafting herbalist, you start to see different plants come out as the “stars”. In some bioregions stinging nettles are weedy, not so where I live. We are very lucky to see them, let alone in the massive quantities they are out in. All parts of Nettles, or Urtica dioica are used therapeutically, and are very nutritious. One of my favorite ways to enjoy them is in a quiche.
