Its a nettles year in my part of the world. As a wildcrafting herbalist, you start to see different plants come out as the “stars”. In some bioregions stinging nettles are weedy, not so where I live. We are very lucky to see them, let alone in the massive quantities they are out in. All parts of Nettles, or Urtica dioica are used therapeutically, and are very nutritious.
